About
I'm an AHPRA-registered occupational therapist and the founder of Communio Allied Health Services. My background is in [community / hospital / rehabilitation — to be confirmed], and over the years I've worked with people at every stage of life who share the same simple goal: to keep doing the things that matter to them, in the place they call home.
The work I enjoy most is the practical kind — a functional capacity assessment that finally reflects how someone actually lives, the right piece of equipment that gives a morning routine back, or a small home modification that means someone stays safely at home. I currently work with NDIS participants and I'm growing Communio's work with older Australians through My Aged Care.
Communio is deliberately small. When you get in touch, you deal with me — from the first email to the final report.
How Communio works
Goals come from your life, not a checklist. What matters to you — cooking dinner, getting to the shops, staying in your own home — is what we work on.
Every assessment starts with what you can do and what you love doing. Support needs are documented honestly — never at the cost of the whole-person picture.
If a sentence needs a clinical dictionary, it gets rewritten. You, your family, your coordinator and your funding body should all land on the same page — literally.
If Communio isn't the right service for you, you'll hear that in the first reply — along with a suggestion of where to try next. Small practice, straight answers.
